We are here to alleviate and take the pressure off your shoulders when thinking about a photoshoot.  Planning a photo session shouldn't be stressful.  Adam and Brittani from the start will work to explore your ideas and concept from headshots for your company, a personalized portrait session for you or your family or iconic fashion portraits for your brand or modeling career.


We are based in Las Vegas, NV and happily will travel for your vision and needs.


Our Experience Together

  • 01. Send a request

    The moment we receive your inquiry about a photo session together we will reach out in a few ways to make sure we connect as soon as possible.  We will give you a call first and if we miss you we will leave a happy message followed by and email and text to say hello!

  • 02. Consultation

    Every portrait session is customized to your needs.  We will listen to your ideas and timeframe for your needs and discuss many amazing ideas together.  We will explore location, wardrobe and overall look of your photoshoot.  Once your session is booked together we will send you inspirational ideas and tips to consider while you begin to prepare for your shoot.    

  • 03. Design Meeting

    Prior to your photoshoot we prefer to plan a design meeting together to explore the final details of your photoshoot.  We are happy to meet at your home (Which gives a sense of your style and aesthetic.) business location or virtual.


    During our design meeting we will explore your outfits and look over inspirational images that portray styles you are interested in.  From lighting and posing to overall editing of the final images.


    After which we will explore the lovely options of our image and product catalog to get an idea of how you would like to use and or display the final images following your portrait photoshoot

  • 04. Day of Your Photoshoot

    We will start your day off with hair & makeup styling with our beauty team. Whether we are going all out for a glammed up look or a simple clean and natural look. (For the guys we love to offer this also as we want to ensure we de-shine and even out any skin tone prior to stepping in front of the camera.)


    Now that you are camera ready!  We will have you change into your first look. Along the way we are here to help pose and guide you through your portrait experience so you never feel lost.  We will use various lighting methods to achieve the overall look and feel we designed for you.  There is no rush to end our shoot as we always plan the proper time for you (or team).


    Even if it is your first professional photography session, our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable, beautiful (or handsome!), confident, and empowered.

  • 05. Ordering Meeting

    The ordering meeting is the exciting part!


    We can happily schedule this same day or within a week of your photoshoot.  As we want to make sure that rush and excitement is there when you look at your image proofs together.


    From albums, matted prints, wall art and more our goal is to showcase your stunning images in a timeless way to adore for a lifetime and beyond.  Yes we do offer digital images as many business, branding and headshot clients specifically need digital.  We got you covered!


    Retouching:


    Every image ordered is carefully retouched according to our standards and your requests.  We prefer not to be too heavy handed on editing.  During our ordering session you can share with us about any details you may want adjusted or edited.  It’s important to note, that we are not here to change you into someone you're not. We are passionate about creating stunning images that celebrate your individuality and one-of-a-kind beauty.

  • 06. The Final Product & Delivery

    Depending on the order you placed some items may be ready at different times.  For that reason we prefer to deliver all ordered products at the same time unless otherwise requested.


    Digital images are delivered via online gallery for you to download and use as desired.  These images will be professionally retouched and can be ordered in color or black and white.


    Wall Art will be delivered to all local clients and professionally hung in your home or office at no extra charge.  Our standards for our clients are the highest and from first contact to product delivery we want your happiness and experience to be worthy of having you in front of our cameras again soon!

Portrait Studio Experience: 4990+

A luxury studio portrait experience set up at any event.  Provide your guests with more than a photo-booth.  With our team behind the camera and guiding guest after guest on posing and a memorable experience.  You will walk away with an image gallery and optional album of moments from each guests.  View more details HERE!

IMAGE & PRODUCT INVESTMENT


After your photo shoot we will look over your portraits we captured during your ordering meeting. You'll be able to decide on our premier product line of how you'd like to take your images home with you. Our product line consists of a variety of Wall Art options for your home or office, our BeSpoke image books and luxurious portfolio box of professional mounted prints.  Every ordered image includes the corresponding digital file.


Image pricing begins at 250 a la carte and image collections start at 1690.


*Our clients invest on average 3000 - 5000 on their products and photoshoot

  • Will you help with posing?

    I have no idea what to do with my hands will you help?


    Don’t even worry about this. We have you covered no matter what the photo shoot is for.  Through the years of fine tuning posing and lighting styles Adam Trujillo and his team are brilliant when it comes to posing and guiding you throughout your photoshoot.  Just relax, laugh and enjoy your experience together.


  • What can be customized for my shoot?

    This truly depends on your shoot direction and interests.  During your design meeting together we will explore your wants and needs for the photo shoot.  Maybe as simple as a black chair to elaborate backdrops, floral and more.  We want to build the perfect set for you no matter how simple or elaborate.


    When it comes to on location and studio we will work together to create the overall look you want and more!

  • Where will I be photographed?

    In studio or on location.


    We are happy to explore what will be the best location for your ideas.  If you are intersted in having professional headshots taken for you or you and your team we can host those in studio or even at your business location.


    For personal portrait shoots we love the studio as we love to design sets and make use of many props and more for your shoot. We are also very  happy to plan a shoot on location like your home, office space or outdoors.  As many times your vision may incorporate elements or textures the studio may not offer.

  • What is the design meeting for?

    THIS IS SO IMPORTANT!


    Here is where we get to officially meet in person or virtually and talk all about you and the vision we can create together.  We will look and discuss wardrobe, lighting and style options based on Pinterest boards and inspired looks you may have saved or thought about.  If you have ideas or want to leave that up to Adam and his team we are happy to listen and get to know about your style and interests to make this shoot tailored to you. 


    Along with the design aspect we will also go over image and product samples to consider from the final photos you choose to order.  We will go through the options in our product catalog.  


    After this meeting together you will feel even more excited and prepared for your photoshoot!

  • Do I need to find a hair and makeup artist?

    Nope, you don’t! I’ve got you covered. Every photshoot includes a professional hair and makeup makeover. We want to ensure that you will feel photo ready and my talented H/MUA will make you feel gorgeous and beautiful for your photoshoot day! And it’s a double win for you because you will get to enjoy looking like a million bucks after the session too (would highly recommend for you to plan a fun night out after!). 


    I AM A GUY I DON"T NEED MAKEUP....

    For the guys, we always suggest this service as we like tio make sure we even out any possible razor burn, oily skin and overall complection.  We want you to look sharpo and feel sharp! 

  • I don’t need hair and makeup? Or… I have my own artist and would like to use them.

    It is up to you to forgo on the makeup for any reason or bring your own mua and hairstylist. Afterall we want you to feel comfortable and never feel pressured to use our preferred beauty team.


    Again our goal together is for you to prepare and get your mind and emotions ready for a fun and stylish photoshoot. 

  • What is the reveal & ordering session? When does this take place?

    Scheduled the same day or within one week we will carefully go through your image proofs to select from and order.  We will discuss levels of retouching and creative elements that will enhance the images selected.  From color to vintage color and lovely black and white images. 


    We happily offer BeSpoke albums, portfolio boxes, Wall Art and small prints.  Let’s put these stunning images in your hands.

  • Do I get digital images to share?

    Yes!  


    Every image you order includes a beautiful professionally retouched digital file.  For professional and fashion editorial product may not be as desired so we happily offer any ordered image the printed file if desired.  We believe that a  tangible print even for a traditional headshot is amazing to have and actually hold or display at your business or home.  We value every person and their story.  Each image is significant to who you are today and what it took to get here.

  • When will I get to see and receive my images?

    You will see and order your images at your reveal & ordering meeting.  Delivery times vary based on your order.  Once your order is placed all product can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to arrive, and the corresponding digital images are delivered within 10 business days.

  • Will my photos be edited? How much retouching is done?

    This is completely up to you.  We happily edit our blemishes and clean skin tones along with other aspects like wrinkles in clothing or obstructions in the scenes.  During the planning phase and ordering meeting we can discuss the level of retouching you’d like.  These are your images and we want you to be happy with the end result.  From light/natural retouching to full service magazine styled retouching.

  • Will you travel?

    Yes!  Our team is happy to travel as there may be a desired location outdoors or indoors we are happy to set up and shop at any location with proper approval from the location.  So we can find out what is needed for the photo shoot to happen at any given location.

  • How long will the photoshoot last?

    Every photoshoot is different and we never want to rush any client during their photo shoot.  For this reason we carefully plan your shoot time based on your needs and requests.  Hair and makeup can last on average an hour and half and most photo shoots can last between 2-4 hours. Some require a longer day based on ideas and style of shoot.

  • How many outfits can we wear? Will you help with wardrobe?

    For most shoots we ask for 5 outfits.  We love to explore the various sides of that make you, YOU! From extravagant and dressy to casual and cozy. 


    As we learn more about you we like to build a shoot for you based on your style and personality. 


    From a professional stand point it may be a various looks of professional outfits to business casual.

  • Do you offer digital files? What if I only want digital files?

    We happily deliver a digital file with every image order.  We offer our final edited images in two ways to our clients.  Your choice of a lovely 8x10 matted 5x7 print (or a mounted 8x10 print) along with the corresponding digital file.  If you only want or for business needs need a digital file then you may forgo the print if you desire. 

  • Why prints? I don’t think I need prints..

    I am so happy you asked!  Yes we are in a digital age where the speed of interest is gone in a quick scroll on any feed.  As the majority now have an attention span that doesn’t allow the moment to step back and truly appreciate what is in for of us most times.  We must also remember that technology and cloud like platforms are changing every minute and may not be as reliable in years to come to look back on or even remember where you have these images saved.  Digital data is never 100% secure or reliable sadly.  Prints however are FOREVER!  These are true heirlooms of our life that can be cherished year after year and passed down or gifted to future generations and more.  Having images on your walls or inside a luxurious album of a moment in your life that you celebrated yourself, your achievements, your legacy and more can never compare to a single digital image.  We truly hear the question and strongly believe bio digital image can compare to the tangible feeling and emotion that goes into holding that print or flipping pages of your BeSpoke album.
